This week the library began using a piece of task tracking software called Gimlet to note how we interact with our patrons and constituents. We hope to use this to get a better picture of the services we provide and the kinds of services you would like us to provide in the future. Gimlet will also allow us to track when the library gets the most use as the academic year progresses. If you have a question or need help with anything, do not hesitate to ask, and be sure to remind us to note your question in Gimlet. We are listening, but not in the creepy way.
