Do you want to learn how to become a better legal researcher? If so, this is your class! The goal of this course is to enable students to experience researching as close as possible to a real world scenario. There are numerous research assignments, requiring students to research more often and allowing students to practice the researching skills taught in class. Students will also experience researching a case through the life of the case, allowing the student to experience the changing researching needs of a case at different times during the case. Students will learn where to find various types of legal information and learn how to use databases and resources to find the legal information they need. Sign up today!
